Applications of Unvulcanized Tie gum

Conveyor Belt Splicing: Unvulcanized core rubber is mainly used in the thermal vulcanization splicing process of conveyor belts. It is applied as an intermediate cushion layer between the core layers of the belt, providing connection and buffering effects.

Conveyor Belt Repair: When localized damage or breaks occur in a conveyor belt, unvulcanized core rubber can be used for repairs. Through the vulcanization process, it firmly bonds with the original belt material, restoring the mechanical strength and operational performance of the conveyor belt.

Cushion Layer Material: Unvulcanized core rubber can also function as a cushion layer in conveyor belts, effectively reducing impact and vibration during operation, thereby enhancing the stability and durability of the system.
