Lab testing
In the BAI-OTT factory we have a 300㎡ laboratory where we carry out 14 different types of tests on rubber products and we have different test methods for different materials. Rubber testing services include a range of tests to assess the quality, characteristics and performance of rubber materials.
● Performance tests: Fabric adhesive bonding performance analysis, rubber-to-metal bonding tests, and bonding strength tests between unvulcanised core rubber and steel wire rope.
● Physical tests: Raw material tests, tensile strength tests, rubber abrasion tests, anti-static tests and other property tests.

Pulley Lagging Install
Installing or replacing a pulley rubber lagging is a time consuming and delicate job and BAI-OTT site engineers are available to replace or supply rubber coverings, glue and site operatives to your site.
If the site environment is harsh, we will ensure, as far as possible, that the splicing work is carried out with quality workmanship using the correct procedures to ensure the durability of the rubber sheeting after the pulley lagging has been installed.
