This is BAI-OTT ZJ-HTY-PE belt cleaner. Blade is hard alloy with tidy cutting. Supporting H part is steel material. There is a rubber buffer base on the junction part of the basic tube and H support. Tensioner is spring which better to touch the belt surfaces.

Product Introduction

Manufactured using BAI-OTT unique Constant Angle Radial Pressure technology, its curved blade cleans the belt more effectively and minimises material carry-back. BAI-OTT new blade design maintains continuous contact with the belt during wear and constant belt cleaning pressure, so its effective cleaning performance lasts longer.

The manufacturing process has been re-engineered to be faster and more efficient, which means lower purchasing costs for you.

Maintenance costs are much lower because the blades last longer and are built with the industry's strongest hosts.
