How to operate pulley lagging

• Polishing

For a new pulley, use an angle grinder to roughen its surface.

For the old pulley, please use a rubber shovel to clean the residual rubber on the surface, and then use an angle grinder to polish it.

• Cleaning

Use a cleaning agent to clean the polishing metal surface.

• Apply primer

Apply metal primer to the metal surface and let it dry.

• Apply gule

After mixing the glue in proportion, apply it to the metal surface and apply it again after it dries.

• Paste a rubber sheet

Apply cold glue to the adhesive surface of the rubber sheet. When the glue on the metal and rubber surfaces is slightly sticky to fingers, stick the rubber sheet to the metal surface of the pulley.

• Finishing and compaction

After cutting off the excess rubber, use a rubber hammer and a flat roller to press the rubber sheet tightly.

• Filling the gaps

Use the quick repair rubber to fill gaps between rubber sheets.
