Cold vulcanizing Adhesives SA3000

  Rubber: take a sulfide layer of rubber sheets, repair is not required on bonding surface grinding, without a sulfide layer of rubber should be fully polished surface of rubber (do not have a smooth area), with clean, dry brush to remove dust, use detergent to clean surface stains.

   Fabric: sand other rubber area, slightly carefully polished fabric layer (note can't damage the fabric layer, recommend the use of tungsten steel grinding discs) with clean, dry brush to remove dust, and use cleaner to clean the surface stains.

   Mix: fully stir the cold vulcanized adhesives SA3000and ut-r40 hardener, the mixture ratio is 100:4, and use the mixture within 2 hours.

Besmear: apply the coating twice over the surface of the adhesive surface.The first time the coating should be completely dry (at least 30 minutes, the metal surface at least 1 hour) and the second time the coating shall be dry to slightly hands (or finger back check), if you do, should be  another coat.
