BAI-OTT provides ZJ-IB impact bar for coal mine conveyor equipment, the steel fixing frame has excellent corrosion resistance in the high sulphur environment of coal mine.

Impact bed is used in the loading area of conveyor belt to replace the traditional cushion rollers. It is designed to absord impact which will dramatically decrease impact from the falling materials to reduce the damage to the structure.

Product Introduction

The main use of compact bed / bar is to give a buffer to the products from the conveyor belt to avoid a damage of the goods.In addition,impact bed is installed under the conveyor belt loading points, thus, impact bars consist of three different parts, wear resistant and low friction UHMW-PE sheet,high-elasticity rubber, aluminium T-bolt fastening system.

Apart from this combination, all -PU type also popular under easy wear working situation.Bai-Ott producing impact bed/bar in different color,which means that the customer can decide any color they want! lmpact bed/bar of our company has a good quality and we could meet all kinds of needs of our clients!

Note: The single slope is directional and runs in the opposite direction to the conveyor belt, while a double slope is not directional.

● PE mainly height in 12.5mm, high wear resistance, low friction coefficient and high impact toughness.

● The highly elastic rubber buffer layer absorbs the impact energy of falling materials on the conveyor belt.

● The high-strength metal frame can withstand large load impact without deformation.

● Steel bolts increase overall fastening.

● The”T-track” device makes the buffer strip have different fastening points in the whole length to ensure the connection is firm and reliable and easy to disassemble.

● The various parts are connected by hot vulcanizing technique.
