BAI-OTT Conveyor Belt Accessories Suppliers - 26 years of r&d of new splicing materials and rubber maintenance materials.
Y Type High Wear Resistance Polyurethane Conveyor Belt Skirting Board Sheet is a kind of automatic conditioning conveyor belt skirt system with anti-overflow and anti-falling. The system is composed of main seal and auxiliary seal. It is soft and wear-resistant, and tightly fits with the belt through the elasticity of the cover itself. Multi-layer protection of main and auxiliary seals collects dust to prevent overflow.
The rubber skirt board is made of high wear-resistant pure rubber, with better wear-resistance, longer service life and no damage to the belt.
Y type Conveyor belt skriting rubber
●Conveyor belt Skirting rubber sheets are typically made from a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, offering excellent wear resistance and elasticity. They feature a dual-layer, sealed design: Y/I/T Dual or straight type plate and skirt. The plate adheres closely to the side of the chute to prevent the escape of large particles, while the skirt features a single-sided arc transition to prevent damage to the belt or itself, even if the belt deviates.
Feature Of Skriting Rubber
● Y-type double layer design
Y-type skirting board can increase leakproofness by 100% compared to single layer.
● Protect conveyor belt
Arc contact area between PU and belt can protect from damaging.
●Impact resistance
After analyzed conveyor material track we changed rubber formula to improve the impact resistance.
