Hot splicing conveyor belt repair kit SA8000 heating solution
1. Apply Hot adhesive SA8000 to the joint surface to enhance the adhesion between the core adhesive and the belt body. 2. Raise the temperature of the vulcanizer to 145°C and maintain it at this temperature for 40-45 minutes to ensure a complete .
3.Core function: By strengthening the adhesion between the core rubber and the steel wire, it can avoid the conveyor belt breakage
accident caused by the steel wire decoupling, and complies with the GB5755-2000 safety standard.
Our splicing kit includes: SA3500 cleaning solvent; SA8000 heating solution; uncured tie gum; uncured cover rubber; belt noodle tie gum.
